Proceeds from The Hargrove Foundation were used after local parents approached the local bicycle shop, Pro Cycle & Triathlon, about a better quality and more visable bicycle rack so their children could ride their bikes to school. I was able to use the sponsorship from The Hargrove Foundation and Rotary Club of Point Clear to approach another local business, Iron and Canvas, to create an exciting quality bicycle rack!
We then teamed up with Fairhope's police department for a safety presentation.
We will also be teaming up again and including the local bicycle and pedestrain committe for safe routes to school.
